MY EXPERIENCE WITH JIM ELLIS DEALERSHIP WAS POSITIVE AS ALWAYS. THE SERVICE WAS QUICK. THE STAFF EXPLAINED ALL THE SERVICES THAT WAS DONE ON MY VOLKSWAGEN JETTA. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND KIND.

We've had service several times on our 2014 Passat. Scheduled service (annual, as we aren't putting that many miles on the car) always results in "tire pressure indicator" being on, which service techs don't catch. We either arrive home to find the indicator on and have to return, or possibly catch it and return earlier. If tire pressure is checked and / or adjusted during service and is known to be at a consistent position (i.e. same / proper levels), then "resetting' that indicator would subsequently catch any pressure changes, as I understand the system. Yet, we always have the indicator go off AFTER you service the car (wasting at least one trip "back to the dealer, again".

Dealership is clean ,prices on care are really good, but service on car are overpriced and staff looks for anything to charge you. I was overcharged $150 and spoke with the service manager and issue was never resolved.

Walked in just to get numbers on a car I was comparing to at another Volkswagen dealership and it just so happened I was able to leave here with a brand new 2016 beetle because the offer was more appealing. Every worker I encountered was very nice, especially my sales specialist, Fred Roberts, as well as the sales manager... Great environment and very nice facility. The process was very easy, I couldn't be more thankful.
