While I am very satisfied with the car I purchased itself, my time at the dealership could have been improved. From arriving at the dealership to the test drive, I enjoyed my experience and the salesman was very helpful. However, once we started to get a quote and fill out applications, that part of the process took many hours. Then, we waited at least 4 more hours to talk to the finance person to complete the deal. It would have been helpful if I had at least been told how long it was going to take so I could have come back later instead of wasting so much time. It was a busy day, but if Saturdays (the day I purchased my vehicle) are known to be busy having more finance staff on hand would be good. Basically, it was very slow and I would have appreciated better communication from the staff.

Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful. My appointment was for 7:45 AM and I was taken right in and the whole service was completed in about an hour. Fantastic!

I was looking to get into new Tiguan and was able to get that accomplished at the payment that I wanted. I really wanted a couple of other features in the vehicle, but they were not able to do that at this price. It was a good experience.

I love the dealership and they actually have some good people in there, but there are some things I don't like about the service in there. I was overcharged for labor and and parts of my 2011 vw jetta . Alot of the prices at that dealership are very overpriced. When you have a concern about price staff never give you a good explanation on why they do what they do. I would buy another car there but I would never ever service my car there again. Overpriced and staff treats you like and just another number..
