2016 Jetta Sports Sedan

I thought the service was highly overpriced for what was done. Oil and filter, injector cleaner, spark plugs, air filter, cabin air filter, and front wipers - $264 plus $216 to install (plus rotate tires and check a few other things that probably took a minute each). Yikes that was a pricey service!

The day I bought the GTI proceeded pretty much flawlessly. I knew what I wanted and it was provided for me without any stress or hassle. Clark, the salesperson, took me for a test drive and then answered whatever questions I had. He handed me off to financing and I received the exact terms I was comfortable with. All in all, a good experience with your folks and no complaints whatsoever.
