2016 gti leaking into the rear hatch. Aaron Harmer was my representative and made a point to keep me updated on the progress. Every member of the staff I interacted with was friendly and made it a point to make sure I was taken care of and answered any and all questions I had. The work was done well and was completed sooner than expected
