The experience was one of the best I have ever had. We love the Jetta and Craig Camay is a great sale person. He went above and beyond to get us a great deal.

Time to complete oil change and tire rotation was acceptable, especially since I stopped in without an appt.! They forgot to reset the TPMS light, but with a quick phone call, they explained how to do it, and all good now.

The only complaint I have is that the expectation set for the length of time it would take for the repairs. The problem was detected at a Tuesday evening appointment and the car was not ready until late Friday. I understand things happen (like nicking a cooling pipe in the process of repairing/replacing the turbo), but it was a day to day thing. I appreciate the loaner car but I spent 2 nights in the area then drove 1.5 hr home Thursday (missed work that day) only to drive back on Saturday to pick up my Tiguan.

Kevin has completely changed my buying experience around. By far the best customer service I've received ever.
