Everyone is so friendly, even the service guys if they walk in the lounge area smile and say good morning�� I love my Passat and ( as a female) I feel very comfortable at Jim Ellis VW of Kennesaw ! ��

Financing REALLY pushed the service packages and wouldn't take no for an answer. Don't feel like I got the best deal on the vehicle. Paid about $2000 more than similar vehicles in the area found online. Sales person wasn't willing to budge at all on the price.

My service advisor Chad was great. Very courteous. The wait from drop off(was told they were starting immediately) was from 8:45am and received car around 10:30am. The receipt was stamped 10:23 at checkout. Entirely to long for an oil change and oil change only. They did wash the exterior. Almost 2 hours.....crazy. They need to improve on wait time. Also the cost doubled from June 2015 to July 2016. My ticket cost in 2015 was $72.69 and yesterday with a $25. discount it was $123.49. Oil prices have not increased!!! I will shop around before next oil change is due. $74. difference. Not happy. I have several friends that drive a Touareg and a few people have ask me if I like my Touareg. Your cost for an oil change is more than my BMW. I UNDERSTAND money was lost because of lies told to diesel users but raping everyone else to help recover losses is not good business. I hope to hear a response about my concerns.
