We purchased a used jeep from JE Volkswagen and I always take it back there when I have had any problems and not a jeep dealership because they have always been so helpful and gone out of their way to get it fixed. Excellent customer service!!

Service was excellent and service personnel (John) was very helpful. However, the cost was expensive, at least much more than I was expecting. 2008 Rabbit.

The experience was excellent overall. The only mark down is when we initially told the service rep that there was a transmission issue we were told we didn't understand the technology of the hybrid system and it was explained to us. This jump to judgement before ever cracking the hood seemed condescending.
