Everyone was great. Work was done in a timely manner. Was kept up to date on what was going on with the car.

I was very surprised and truly overwhelmed by the outstanding service I received for just an oil change! This was the first time returning for service since my purchase, the service was quick and thorough. I did not know I was going to get a complete check, diagnoses report, carwash and vacuum for my car during an oil change, I will always bring my car back to Jim Ellis in Kennesaw Ga. for All my Volkswagen needs. Also, I was able to visit with my Wonderful Salesman, Craig Camay, such a supper nice "new father" and guy.

I brought my vehicle in for service yesterday morning. Everyone was fantastic and personable as always. The service specialist was extremely helpful. The young woman at the checkout/cashier desk always has a smile on her face everytime I have come in for service and she has excellent customer service skills. I work in Healthcare Imaging/Gamma Knife Treatment and know how important those things are to our customers.

They done it, again!!! I have a VW New Beetle 2010 which I purchased from Jim Ellis in 2011 and have always had it serviced there. The last few services have been handled by Chad Elliott (service) and Gibb McClure (mechanic). There are no words to completely describe how much I appreciate these two employees! I truly feel that I'm a family member when I deal with both of them. Their expertise, helpfulness, and conscientiousness regarding my experience is exemplary! I actually enjoy going for service because it is such a welcoming and enjoyable event in my day. I never hesitate to trust them completely. This trust is partially due to them making me feel they are going beyond "just another to-do list" when I am there. Presently having two other cars (Jaguar and Mercedes-Benz), I feel qualified to compare my service experiences, and these two men are, by far, beyond excellent in comparison. Jim Ellis is fortunate to employee two such fine people! I don't know what I'd do without them!
