I recently purchased a 2016 Jetta tsi at Jim Ellis . From start to finish, the service was the best I have ever received . Mr. Larry Fitzpatrick and Tina ( the fianance manager ) were so helpful, honest , hard working , and amazing !! A++++ service and experience

I drove in without an appointment due to a dead battery ( which had been jump started). This was the first time I had brought my car to this dealership. The service department was courteous and most accommodating. They had my car in and out in very quickly.

My car battery died and I had to have it towed to Jim Ellis of Kennesaw. The service rep said the car will be ready within 24 hours. I came back 24 hours and they said they had to jump the battery. When I turned the car off the car wouldn't start. It turned out due to the incompetence of their service tech. The connections on the battery were not hooked up properly. If I would have driven home or anywhere else. I would have been stranded again. Keep in mind the entire service was 776 and when I picked my car up it still wasn't functioning. I DO NOT recommend this service center at all. I WILL NOT be returning here ever again.

my only sour point was the cost...$210 to purchase and install a battery that takes less than 10 mins to install is very pricey!!!! Had I known I would have bought the battery and install it myself and save the excessive labor cost
