Kyle was very sensitive to my time constraints and change in plans at the last minute. Clearly, my car is modified and it is a huge weight off my shoulders that there is an advisor there that understands the details of the car and treats the car with the same meticulous care that I do. I don't have to worry about it being damaged, dinged, bumped, or scraped against something because of the ride height. The technicians took the time to walk out and initiate a dialogue with me regarding the issue with my brake pads and Kyle gave me options of how to proceed as well as pricing options. Well done.
