2016 Jetta, the service and staff were fantastic

Everyone was incredibly kind and informative about the Volkswagen Golf I was purchasing. Dax was very patient and talked to me as a friend versus a customer. I appreciate that he never pushed me onto the sale of the Golf. I felt very comfortable talking to Dax about all the cars I was interested in at the dealership. It was a great experience!

I had to spend almost 8 hours dickering over cost of my lease. This is ridiculous, demeaning to your customer, and exhausting. It's no wonder people detest having to shop for cars. This is over a week later, and I am still angry. Staff was helpful and friendly. I got a 2016 Jetta. It is my second Jetta in a row, which proves I enjoy driving the car.
