Everything went very smoothly. Aaron was my service rep, and he made everything work for me down to the details. I have had terrible experiencs at dealerships for my other car, but this place always treats me well. I have previously and will continue to recommend Jim Ellis Volkswagen to everyone I know. I had first talk to a guy by the name of Todd, by phone who was really helpful. After setting everything up over the phone he made me an appointment to fit my schedule. When I arrived I met a guy by the name of Larry Fitzpatrick, who also was equal as awesome to deal with. He treated me with respect and never one time was he pushy, he let me have time to make my mind up as of what I wanted. Then as the process was almost over I met a third guy in finance and I'm really sorry that I can not remember his name but he was very nice and I appreciate him helping me out and getting me approved. Larry had mentioned to me that everybody there was a team and I tell you what I would go back there again and again and I will tell all my friends and family to go there. My experience with Jim Ellis and the 3 guys that I work with knew what they were doing. A great group of guys. Thank each and everyone of you for all your help.

Everyone was very courteous....and helpful. I have a 2009 VW Beetle. I have always owned a VW and have always had a good experience with them. This one time my steering wheel locked up. It was an extremely expensive fix which was not in my retirement budget. The part had to come from Germany and I was out of a ride to and from work. Upon request I was given a loaner. Thank goodness! Repairs took two weeks, but it was as good as new. When I got home I used my other key with my house key to go to the store. Car would not start! I take that back...it would start but would die right after. I called right away to my Service Writer Chad who worked with his Manager to send out A Tech to analyze the problem. Gibb was the tech that came out and he was able to figure out that I had received a new key from the dealership....but I had tried to use an old key at my house and because of the key coding neither worked! When I used my old key it told the car that I was trying to steal the vehicle.....Gibb re-coded ALL my keys and everything has been working Great since. I opwas unaware of the above Security option in my car.... Thanks for my car back.

I know I'm in good hands with Jimmy and your entire staff when my car goes for maintenance. When Jimmy calls to tell us what the car needs, and my dad tells him "Jimmy, just do what you would if it were your daughter's car", that lets you know we completely trust his decisions. Never have we been mislead nor disappointed in your dealership. We love our Jim Ellis family! Thank you for all you do!

Everyone I worked with during the purchase of our 2016 Golf Sportwagen LE did a great job. Alex and Raul were very patient and knowledgeable as I looked at a wide range of cars. Kevin worked with me to get to a price I felt was fair for both parties. Finally Tina did a good job explaining all of my financing options and was also patient as I changed my mind a couple of times on financing terms. This was my 4th new car purchase from Jim Ellis going back almost 20 years. My wife absolutely loves the car. The safety features have already kept her out of an accident . Every day she tells me something new she loves about the car. I asked he what the car did to make her happy today. Her answer today- "It (the car) made me smile!" :) Thanks! Craig Wilson
