Positives: Raul and Matt Rock were great. They were the bright spot in the transaction and should be highly praised for the ability to positively work with the customer. They both get 10 out of 10 in our rating. Frank was ok in working the deal over the phone, but he delegated the deal to Raul instead of closing it himself, a bit disappointing. He gets 6/10. Opportunities: Way too many people involved in the purchase the day way picked up car. Took way too long with unfamiliar people. Desperately needs to be streamlined for customer service! Surprised us with $200 increase in tax due AFTER we all signed the final deal. Some "Desk Manager" named Kevin tried to make us eat the mistake clearly made by the dealership. At one point trying to justify it by saying we must make mistakes in our job as well. Really? It was finally resolved to our satisfaction, but I suggest you keep Kevin I'm the back room away from customers. Kevin gets a 1/10 rating from is. Car had a nasty ding on front hood from a rock. Should have been repaired prior to selling. After we got home, noticed cigarette smoke smell in car. Very disappointed in that. Why would you allow someone to smoke in a car that was only ever titled to the dealership. This should NEVER be allowed.

The only reason for the relatively low score is that the cost for service I was offered in the dealership was +/-30% more expensive that what I had booked on-line. The representative offered to charge the online price.

I would recommend this service to everybody after very bad experiences with Honda and Ford dealers. They are friendly and doing the excellent job.
