Approx 6mos after the purchase of my vehicle, the SAT radio failed. I appreciate that it was removed and checked to make sure it was the radio and not the fuse, however I asked Bill to have JP leave the radio out since it made no sense to re-install it as non-functional. Bill said he'd ask JP to leave it out but upon receipt of my vehicle I found it was re-installed. I'd be glad to provide the highest rating of satisfaction if I could return to have the radio removed at no cost? Please let me know and I'll arrange to return for this, thank you.

I purchased a 2017 GTI SE. José was very helpful in my choice between the sport 1and the se. He gave me lots of space to decide and was there when I needed him to answer questions. When I noticed later that a small part was missing from the bumper he arranged for me to pick it up on my way back through Georgia.

I had to make 4 trips to the shop to successfully have a defective airbag replaced due to a recall. After the third trip, Rafael (my service advisor) told me he would do something to make it up to me, but when I finally was able to take my car, he was not around, and simply told another guy to let me go because there was no paperwork.

Great service, brought my 1/1 Chagall blue harlequin that I pulled from a Georgia junkyard here for an alignment. The nostalgic factor was there as this car was originally swapped at Jim Ellis :-)

The service is good and the staff is friendly. The only thing that drives us crazy - everytime we call and book an appointment (multiple VW cars purchased at Jim Ellis Kennesaw) - the same thing happens. We book the appointment and then call or show up that day - and they do not have our appointment in the system. This has probably happened 4-5 times. Frustrating. Other dealers we work with (i.e. BMW and Volvo) always email us in advance confirming the appointment time - something you may want to think about implementing. Thanks Paul
