80,000 miles service on my VW Golf, that I had purchased in 2013 from Jim Ellis in Kennesaw. This time the service was a little bit better than the times before. Nevertheless, you always have to mention that the electronic service alert has to be re-set and other tiny things otherwise it is not done. Even when you mention it it is not re-set to the way I had it before.... I spent $700 which is a hefty price for a service but that did not include a complimentary quick car wash which would have been a nice treat for a good customer...

The service guys dinged and scratched my aluminum wheels while rotating the tires. I told the service manager that I did not want any washing or detailing of my car. Contrary to my wishes, somebody washed my car and put swirly scratches in the paint by grinding in the dirt. All of this is completely unacceptable. The wheels need to be replaced or repaired and the paint needs to be professionally buffed/compounded out. Very inconvenient!
