The cost of maintenance for a vehicle that is part of a scandal is outrageous. I was also quoted about $60 under what I ended up having to pay. No one called when my vehicle was ready to pick up; I had to call to check on it, even though the person who helped me initially told me multiple times that someone would call when it was ready. Also, I asked for a drink of water when I was dropping off the vehicle (it was close to 100 degrees outside) and one would have thought I'd asked for a kidney, judging by the reaction of the woman who brough me a bottle. At least the service was done within 24 hours, and the people who initially greeted me inside the building were friendly.

I had a great experience. I just wish that for diagnosing a problem that didn't have to a $100 fee each and every time. That makes me want to find an independent mechanic to assist me versus VW. Additionally, I am at the five year mark and mechanical things are starting to falter at an alarming rate with this 2011 TDI. Very disconcerting. So, may not buy VW again, however, the service, though expensive, is great.

Advisors are respectful and do not aggressively sell repairs. Waiting room is modern, clean, and comfortable with drinks and snacks.
