[2008 R32] John Huber did an outstanding job, as usual, with my 180,000 mile service. I also had a new windshield installed along with front brake pads. The only hiccup was with the left front headlight. For some reason, the shop was having trouble with the install but Mr. Huber kept me informed. I have to bring the car back for the headlight as the parts have to be ordered and won't be in until Saturday or Monday. I understand things happen but Mr. Huber communicating to me throughout the day made the difference.
