The selection for what we were looking for (TDI sedan) was better than other dealerships, the product was as advertised and the price was competitive. Raul was fun yet very professional. Finance was also very cordial and professional. We were in and out much quicker than anticipated. Great experience. Although we drive from Navarre, FL, I would recommend the drive for what we received overall.

The purchase of my 2016 VW GTI went fairly smoothly. I nearly spent $4000 on an extended warranty and that was unfortunate. Thankfully I caught the charges on the final deal sheet and had them omitted. I was either confused during the process or nicely hoodwinked. The sales guy made it clear that he receive all tens on the customer satisfaction survey. I think this makes the whole survey a joke. I was told more than once how to vote on the survey.

Service was prompt. Staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful.

I purchased a 2013 VW Jetta. They worked hard to get me in the car I wanted on my terms :)
