Good experience from staff, but that doesn't make up for the shady fees and prices. I will never come back for anything but warranty work or recalls. $123 really? Why was my last tire rotation oil change and oil filter replacement $113 at the same dealer? $5 more for the oil plug this time and $2.95 bs compliance fee that wasn't there last time and another couple dollars added to the oil too.(which is still way overpriced compared to the $79-99 I've seen advertised at other shops in the areas that also include free rotations with oil changes). my theory is you guys are trying to make up for your dieselgate scandal. What a bunch of lying crooks through and through and you can count me out from now on. Thank you to the nice staff though, my frustrations are not directed at you and you are all just stuck in the middle doing your jobs.

It was a good overall experience. The only reason I didn't give a 10 was because the finance department was very pushy.

The service team has been inconsistent in the diagnosis of my squeaky brakes.

Very well organized staff, got my VW serviced in less than 2 hours.

I am a repeat customer and will not hesitate to buy again from a Jim Ellis dealership or have the cars serviced there.
