Very good. I was given a loaner car while my was getting fixed.

In and out for service in a reasonable amount of time. Clean and comfortable waiting area.

The parts were a little pricey and may have been less expensive elsewhere and The job had to be spread out over 2 days but people were great making the small issues seem less stressful.

Chad and the tech person (did not catch his name) were great. They explained what happened, order the part needed and got my car for repair as soon as the piece came in. It was completed in a couple hours which did NOT affect my day one bit. Thank you!

The compassion that was shown and the care provided to me was exceptional. Jim Ellis VW has been consistently top-notch with the level of service and attention they have afforded. This last experience was their time to shine and they excelled. Another VW dealer really dropped the ball but Bill Kinney and the service department seized that opportunity to reassure me that they value loyalty and understand that regular customers are to be valued. Others should take notes since Jim Ellis's customer service standards and product are considerably better than the rest.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
