Larry the "tall Hawaiian" was exceptional. Made us feel welcomed, not rushed and assisted us through the process of converting our lease to purchase. Never felt pressured

We had a scheduled service time, and although the facilities to wait in are top notch, the service time took a lot longer than anticipated. I feel as though, had we not approached the gentleman who took us in upon arrival, we would not have sat in the waiting room for that entire time, we would have gone for a stroll as what was thought to be a few minutes to switch out a fuse, turned out to be a very thourough diagnostic test to ensure overall safety of the electrical panel. While we totally appreciated the efficiency and extra mile, it would have been thoughtful to have let us know that things were going to take a lot longer. In future it would be helpful if once a technician begins basic diagnostics they are able to advise the client that things could take longer and that they can call when the car is ready. But that's just my suggestion, I had blocked off time for this appointment, I just felt a little out of the loop once things got going. Overall the experience was great. Thank you for everything.

On demand service for my 2012 Passat, very helpful staff, comfortable waiting room, fixed several recalls on the vehicle while I was there, and happily reported that the original brakes are still in great shape, after nearly 150K miles, and don't need replacement.

The wait time was too long. After the service had been completed, our car was sent to be washed and wasn't returned for 40 minutes. We didn't ask for a car wash. It is not worth waiting 40 minutes to have the car washed on a rainy day!

I purchased a CPO 2014 Jetta S Sportwagen. I had been looking for this particular type of vehicle for some time, as I wanted a manual transmission version. I found this one at Jim Ellis VW in Kennesaw and arranged a test drive. The process of contacting the dealership and arranging a test drive was excellent (chat/text/email). The car itself was in good condition, had low miles and a clean Carfax but beyond this, I had previously purchased three other vehicles (two Audis and one VW) from the Jim Ellis dealer group, so this influenced my purchase decision heavily. There were some issues at the time of the sale. The windshield needed to be replaced due to damage (not sure how this made it out of the CPO certification process) and two days later, the Check Engine light came on (!). Both issues were addressed promptly by the Service Department. This was yet another reminder as to why I chose and trusted Jim Ellis with my purchase. It was less about the car, and more about the dealer and how they stand behind their products and service.
