I came in for initial 10K service and a technician discovered the shipping blocks were still installed in the right wheel well. If he hadn't found this problem the car may have suffered damage at some point . Great job by a heads-up service tech!

My only complaint is that I had to leave my car longer than necessary because a called in request was not given to my service representative. Less than 10 minutes after leaving I called the service desk and asked that an additional service be added. When I came back to return my loaner car and asked my service representative if he received my message he had no clue what I was talking about. By this time my car was being washed and almost ready to return to me. Tanya
