I've actually had a pretty negative experience with this VW dealership. I've had to come back three times in the past month after my 80,000 mile service. Fortunately Bill Kenny was able to fix the relationship by delivering my car to me at work with the gas tank full. True customer service. Because of Bill, I will keep my business with VW Kennesaw.

Purchased a 2016 GTI after shopping two other VW dealers in the area. Your staff was friendly and very low pressure, refreshing! Raul, Matt, Todd and Kevin were a pleasure to work with, great staff!

I brought the Touraeg in for its first service and I waited for about 2 hours. The only thing I don't like when I come for service is if there are any recalls that have to be performed, I wish they would discuss those with the customer and let them know how long it is going to take. I brought the Beetle for service and waited 3 hours because of recalls and those weren't discussed with me either.
