Very friendly and give everything a personal touch!

I purchased a 2012 VW New Beetle in 2011 from Jim Ellis. Two particular employees have impressed me in the past 6 months. Chad and Gibb have offered exemplary service. I can truly say it is a pleasure to deal with both of them. I appreciate the personal and professional attention I always receive with Chad. He is friendly, pleasant, and attends to all my concerns. Gibb is so knowledgble and competent that I have complete trust in everything he does. I don't think I'll ever want anyone to touch my Beetle except Gibb. Jim Ellis is fortunate to have these two as employees, and I'm fortunate to deal with them when it comes to my car.

I showed up with a recent promo coupon / mailer that offered a Castrol Synthetic oil change for $69.95 + a $20 credit from Castrol toward my next oil change at your deakership. The Service Rep (Aaron) told me 'we don't use Castrol' and that 'VW mails that stuff'. I ended up using a different $20 daily special coupon that reduced the Mobil Synthetic change down to $69.95 but no $20 credit, so it ended up costing $20 more than expected. I don't think this was right since I received the promo in the mail from Jim Ellis Kennesaw, it has Jim Ellis Kennesaw name on it, was delivered in past few weeks and was good until 12/31/16. I have purchased both of my Jettas there as CPO models and have all service done there. It wasn't a great experience.

called with a leaking sunroof problem, was told to bring in the car immediately. Given a loaner Passat (beautiful machine) and my car was ready early in the morning the next day. I was billed only for the technicians time and disposal fees for a total of $207 which I felt was reasonable. Treatment from all was first class, and the free coffee was great!

The entire staff were professional, friendly, and didn't push a sale on you.

I bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Jose at the dealership.
