My 2012 2.0 liter Diesel Passat was in for it's 60,000 mile service and a recall., The service was performed in less than the estimated time and I was on my way. Everything was great.

We had a great experience. Alex greeted us and was very cordial, patient and helpful as we decided which vehicle to purchase. He kept the ball rolling efficiently readying the car for our departure as I sit down with Tina to review and sign the sales documents. Tina was also great to work with and was very professional and efficient as we worked through the paperwork. Everyone else around us also made us feel very welcomed at the dealership.
