It was great, fast and easy, but the follow ups are a bit much. Follow up phone call, follow up survey, another follow up survey... All I got was a light bulb changed, does that really require 3 followups? I feel bad ignoring them because I know it affects someone's job performance metrics, but at this point I've spent more time telling you how my visit to the dealership was than I spent in the dealership.

I went expecting to leave with a Golf SE, but I ended up with a GTI SE. I couldn't be more thrilled. Craig Camay was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the whole process. Matt Rock was patient and reassuring through what I perceived to be a somewhat complicated finance process.

The service and communication about the service while it was going on was excellent. The quiet waiting room facility was also great and allowed me to get work done while waiting. Only complaint is the price for the work.
