my car had a major issue. it took a little time to get it in and get a loaner car but once i did, the service was very good. My car was there for over a month but John kept me well informed of the status and the fact that I had a loaner car made it acceptable.

Car buying process archaic. Sales person did a lot of unneccesary walking back and forth to manager's office instead of just picking up the phone and running things by him. There was a lot of time wasted. After giving all the necessary info to sales person who then entered it in the system, 15-20 minutes later, we hd to go over the same info with another person (finance) who then came to us from her office. After a lot more waiting, we then had to walk over to her office to finish paperwork. It was the ultimate example of inefficiency. You really need to make the car buying experience shorter, simpler and less redundant if you want to retain customers.

I took my 2012 Golf in for it's 70,000 service. Customer service was friendly. They promptly took in my car and finished within expected the time frame. They even washed the car! Very pleased overall
