Normally I am very pleased with my experience. However this time I don't feel confident that I wasnt up sold on items not needed and it took well over 3 hours. The problem was a wheel and tire. It should not have taken that long.

This is the 2nd survey that I have received. I brought my vehicle in to be serviced. The Service light goes on and off. And, the light indicator icon comes on randomly. Its challenging to see those lights randomly coming on and off.

2016 Volkswagon Beetle Love my car, I was treated well by the salesman ..Larry Fitzpatrick Very professional.. Have already went back to dealership and was treated well , greeted again by Larry and the service department man was very nice, answered a lot of questions for me.. I am very pleased at this time.
