2016 GTI. Raul Sanchez, Matt Rock, Oleg and a couple of others were extremely helpful and not pushy. Everything was exceptional. The state of the car (still has protective wrap on E-Brake, buckle latches, and has swirls in the paint are the only complaints. Given I specifically asked for the paint not the be damaged I am a little annoyed by this, but as it was late at night I could not see the marks. Oleg also mentioned to me he emailed me back from an online request. I believe him, but the emails certainly did not come through for some reason. The paint is the only real problem I have with my entire purchase. It would have been better had it not even been touched from the factory. Despite the paint, I will definitely shop here, and recommend the dealership and all those I came in contact with. The 'relaxed' approach was very pleasant in an industry full of pushy people. Thank you for that.
