Great experience overall

Pretty good, everyone was friendly, nice lounge area. Took about 20 minutes wait due to backlog of other buyers to get thru the financing part of the purchase.

Service was exceptional.

I went in for an oil change. The person came back and said that there was a nail in my left front tire and I would need a new tire. I said that the low tire pressure light hadn't came on and I would take my car to my local tire place to get fixed. Then they came back and say that it wasn't nail but a bubble on the inside wall of the left front tire and I would need a new tire. Again I stated I would take it to my tire dealer since the low tire pressure light hadn't came on and let them deal with it. So I left right after the oil change and took the car to my tire store. They took both front tires off and inspected them and my tires were in excellence conditions. I bought my car from your dealership and was trying to give you my service work but I drove all the way from Loganville to get treated like this. I had to spent another hour and the tire store for them to inspect my tires for nothing!!!!! You have lost all business with me and I will tell everyone that I talk with!!!!

Wait time (3 hours) was too long (airbag recall and change breaks on one axle). Car cleaning is nice but you guys missed out one wheel

Bill brings a vast knowledge of VW service acquired over many years of experience. Bill also is always knowledgeable of the latest VW policy and service updates. Bill's customer interaction skills are exemplary and results in a feeling of confidence in his genuine interest to exceed customer expectations. I was greatly elated when I learned that Bill had joined JEVWKennesaw because I knew that the quality of service would improve, which it has, substantially.

Shannon was a great salesperson. I came into the dealership to just purchase (2) bolts for my 2006 Jetta TDi and ended up purchasing a 2015 Golf Sportwagen TDi.

Clark was great! I came in a day early from my original appointment and Clark was able to fit me in for my service. He gave me a great explanation around getting my alignment done and he was very thorough. I love my VW Jetta and love the way your dealership approaches service. Service in terms of staff's friendliness and efficiency was great. However, as part of my first year maintenance appointment for my 2016 Passat lease, I asked to check the AC because it was not getting sufficiently cold even at max AC and LO setting. My service report says it was blowing cold so I assumed it was a fluid issue and would nowork be fixed, but it is not and now I will need to make another appointment and come back there.
