Just had an oil change and went well. The only negative is the website when purchasing or locating parts/accessories is not intuitive and is very time consuming.

Craig Camay did a superb job showing and selling me the car. Although I bought the car after closing hours, Craig and the manager made me feel welcome because I apologized several times of keeping them longer after closing time. They were still happy to treat me well and like if it was just any other deal. The leasing agent was a different story, she didn't seem to be to happy to stay longer, I definitely sensed and felt and attitude with some of her comments, even so more when I decided not purchase any of the extra insurances she was trying to sell me. She kept it professional but definitely wasn't as welcoming and the sales representative and the manager on shift. Aside from that, I would definitely purchase another auto from Jim Ellis,

I had a wonderful experience at Jim Ellis of Kennesaw! To start, a friend of mine, purchased a car 6 months prior from Jim Ellis of Kennesaw, and she highly recommended this dealership, I'm very happy I followed her advice. The experience I had from the beginning, when I made a phone call and was professionally transferred to Brand Specialist, Craig Camay was awesome! Craig followed all the promises the dealership stands behind, to the very end, by sitting in my new car going over every detail, (after hours I might add) Craig provided excellent service and I'm greatful! Thank you Craig Camay and Jim Ellis you can count on another wonderful recommendation from this happy customer! I purchased a 2013 VW Eos and I love it !!!!
