My 2010 VW New Beetle was involved in an accident in December 2015 and taken to ABRA for mechanical problems at the request of my insurance company. After 3 months and 2 return trips to ABRA, the car was in worse condition than before ABRA "repaired" it. I insisted my insurance company have Jim Ellis VW on Barrett Parkway in Kennesaw, GA, inspect the car. After only 1 week, my car was returned to me from Jim Ellis having had the strut bushing, axle, corrected alignment and numerous other parts replaced which were incorrectly installed by ABRA. My car is now in perfect condition. I was overwhelmed with the competent and knowledgeable expertise of the mechanic, Gib McClure! Immediately, it was obvious he takes great pride in his work and is more than conscientious about every detail of the "reconstruction" he had to do from the previously poor repair which had been done. He went beyond my expectations in everything he inspected on the car. VW is fortunate to have someone of his mechanical ability and character. In addition, the service advisor, Chad Gilbert, was exceptionally good in keeping me advised about the repairs and progress. Thank you, Jim Ellis VW, for turning my nightmare experience into a good day! With these 2 employees, who understood my concerns and frustration, I can now feel confident my VW is back to normal, and Jim Ellis really does care about its customers.

Although the dealership has very nice and helpful staff and the waiting area is really awesome. The mechanics are hacks, you take your car in to fix one problem and you leave with two more issues.

We were looking for a manual 2016 GTI S, found one at the Kennesaw store and made an appointment with Craig Camay to take a test drive on a sunny Saturday morning. We loved the car, color was great but we weren't ready to buy just yet. Two weeks later we were ready to buy but the white manual was gone. Craig located the perfect car nearby and had it delivered the following Saturday. We bought the car in the morning and picked it up that afternoon.
