I purchased a 2014 Passat back in September of 2014 and I love it! This was my 3rd oil change and like that I receive recommendations on what is needed before it is needed. The staff is very friend every time I come.

2nd time I've had it at the dealership for the issue. During the first visit, I was initially told they couldn't even hear it. Replaced a part that didn't fix it and gave it back it to me with the noise. Would've enjoyed someone actually wanting to fix it the first time.
