Everyone is always very friendly and helpful when I come here. I love that the service techs are always so accommodating when I call and ask if I can come in after 5pm. This visit was for an oil change but the tech went ahead and took care of the air bag recall issue as well without me mentioning it!

I was very pleased with the service provided on my 2012 Beetle. The problem I was experiencing happened only when the car was cold. The dealership kept the car an extra night so that it could be checked again in the morning before I picked it up. This was the service I was hoping for.

The staff was upbeat and helpful. I needed a wiper repaired in addition to the service and on my way home noticed it was still not working well. I circled back through and they apologized for the inconvenience and personally ran back, got the new blades, and put them on instantly for me. They didn't charge me for the parts or the service and thanked me for my patience! I was very impressed the first time I was in, and then even MORE impressed on my return visit. Great customer service and attitude!

Everything was great except the tech forgot to reset the tire monitor button in glove box after rotating the tires. I got a tire pressure warning on the dashboard shortly after leaving the dealership. (Un)fortunately this always seems to happen so it wasn't a concern and I reset the button after stopping and checking my tires. Otherwise the service was "10".
