Professional and personable, Kyle was awesome. He kept me informed at every step of the process. And when he realized that the service wouldn't be completed that day, he issued me a loaner car. The service department is great. I plan to continue using them for all of our car care needs.

When I arrived at the service area I was greeted quickly and asked if I had an appointment. I answered I did not and was dropping my vehicle off. I was then escorted into the area where the service writers sit. The person told me "one of these guys will help you" as they both put their heads down and continued to do what they had been doing. About 2 minutes later one of them looked up and asked if he could help me. I explained the issue and he began to take my information. He again asked if I had an appointment. He got some information form my vehicle and then obtained my drivers license. I then watched him type my information into the computer. When the service writer called he told me the issues the tech had found but did not have all the information to give me a quote. When my wife came to get the vehicle the counter person was unable to locate my vehicle by name because for some reason, even though I watched the person enter my information into the computer, the name on the receipt was the previous owner, (I have owned the vehicle for 4 years). She finally had to physically point the vehicle out and then were they able to locate the ticket. The ticket had very little information on it, there was no specific diagnosis or even an estimate for the repairs needed. While everyone was pleasant I would expect more.

I spent about $200 on regular service and still had a warning on tire pressure and had to wait to get my car washed after leaving the car for nearly 7 hours.

Kyle was excellent at checking me in and keeping me informed on the process of the vehicle. Chad was also great at helping me getting checked out. I will defiantly continue doing business at Jim Ellis VW. I had a great experience. Thanks Guys
