I bought my 2008 Acadia with Mark and he was very helpful, polite, and patient. When I had problems with water leaking through the sunroof (although I brought the vehicle back several times) at the third attempt the service department dedicated time and energy into resolving the problem so that it would never happen again. I was called weekly throughout the process, Wayne kept me informed and called explaining any delays. I'm overjoyed to have the vehicle completely repaired and back in my possession. The staff allowed me to view my vehicle and see the progress even while parts were being delayed by weeks. This helped to calm my fears and reassure me that my vehicle was in proper hands. was told that loaner cars and not typically for customers doing just a LOF........... well way to make me feel valued. Bill was over $700 - maybe you should keep comments like that for another time. asked them to change a running light front drivers side - not changed. not sure if i got charged for. Also - mulitpoint inspection - typically you get a report of what was looked at and what is possibly needed/recommended................. not given - dont know.

I was very impressed with my service yesterday. I called at the last minute with a dash indicator light on my 2013 Passat. Chad was able to get me in ASAP. I also had an oil change and basic check. I always feel that I'm dealing with an honest staff that goes out of their way to give great customer service.
