Shannon, Matt, and Chad were all very helpful. No pressure. Very pleased to be a repeat customer. Shannon was more interested in understanding what I wanted vs. trying to peddle any specific car or anything. She understood my mindset and put me in the driver seat of my new Porsche.

Raphael in the service dept. was so attentive and everyone I encountered was super friendly. Only disappointment is that my car was not washed when I retrieved it from the parking lot. Perhaps this is because I didn't purchase directly from Jim Ellis, but I was told it had just been washed, so the expectation was there. Otherwise, I great experience. Timely service and a great customer lounge enabled me to get work done while I waited in comfortable surroundings.
