Pleasant and made the process quick & easy! We purchased a 2017 Jetta for our 16 year old daughter's 1st car. We had little time and expressed our need to complete most of the pre-work over the phone. We were impressed with level of service and respect for our time. Keep up the good work!

I purchased a 2014 Tiguan. Overall, I liked working with Sales Manager Frank Dickenson. He was precise, concise and listened. However, I did not enjoy working with Jose Vasquez, the Sales Associate. Jose didn't listen to my needs, concerns or desires. He wasn't attentive and he seemed to just want to "close the deal". Too sales-y and impersonal. His one-liner sales quotes are less than amusing and he should really learn the money process of buying a vehicle. Communicating with him was pointless, which is why I mostly communicated with the Sales Manager. (He actually knew what he was talking about). The reason I purchased the vehicle was completely because of Frank. He did all of the heavy lifting and communicated with me better than Jose. Many times Jose stated he was going to contact me or follow up and didn't (at least 3 times, I have the texts and emails to prove this). Even up until the very end when I communicated with him that I left an item in my trade and asked him to please retrieve it for me. He said no problem! "He has it!" However, it wasn't until I arrived to the dealership (after we've been in communication all morning & he stated he had my items) to find that he hadn't even looked until I arrived. I was very angry to find that he didn't A. Retrieve the items for me like he said he did and B. Blamed it on the e detail team for throwing my items away. Also, he less than genuine unemotional "sorry" was more of a defensive "its not my fault" statement. I was a loyal customer of VW Kennesaw, but because of him, I will NEVER buy a car from this location again. I honestly regret not working with Raul again.

I had a 120,000 mile checkup on my 2010 Eos. Everything was fine. The service staff were wonderful. I love the quiet work area the dealership provides. My Eos has given me absolutely no problems at all during the 7 years I have owned it. I absolutely love the car and am extremely disappointed that VW has quit producing it.
