Two people on the phone gave me a wait time estimate of about one hour while your workers examined my car. I ended up getting out of the dealership over 2 hours after I gave them my car. I understand a busy day slows things down, but good customer service could have been dealing with the situation by giving me a revised time estimate at some point. I was waiting in the waiting room for almost two hours before I got too exasperated and went to check on the status only to find that the inspection was completed and nobody told me. I also find it frustrating that I buy a car from you and only a month later you tell me that I will have to replace the brakes. I never want to go to this service department again. I know multiple people who are currently looking to buy a car and I will not recommend here. Plus side, one of the workers gave me coupons for a car wash since it was raining and they couldn't wash my car as part of the inspection like they normally do.

I had a great experience with the salesman that helped me in deciding to buy the 2017 Tiguan, answers all my questions and made me feel at home while at the dealership. Very relaxed atmosphere, no pressure.
