Im a 70 yr old Boomer , always go to the Auto dealer of my Brand ....Had bad luck with VW years ago when i bought a New VW for my Daughters Graduation...The Service Dept Ripped me apart every visit . Jim Ellis of Kennesaw , has been a pleasure , to work with on both of My Tourages a 2012 and a 2014, bought from Jim Ellis..Service Mgr ..Bill Kenny , Shop Forman Jimmy Branner and Service Writer Chad are always spot on .always a loner and expert Service , never try to oversell

Service was great as usual, DTate is great. When making the appointment, however, I expressed to the gentleman on the phone (Kenny I think..not 100% sure) that I could come by in the morning before 8am during the week but I had to be in and out quickly as I work downtown. He assured me that would not be an issue. I showed up at 7:50am, there were no loaner cars and I waited at Enterprise until 9:20am before they finally had a car for me. I had a 9am meeting that I missed and was generally pretty irritated. Made worse considering this a factory recall on 2017 vehicle with 3000 miles on it. But again, all that said, the service guys are great.

It went well. If the dealer didn't have the kids area that it did, we would have likely had to make our purchase at another time.. The kids were fairly entertained so that we could discuss the deal.
