This is my second vehicle i have purchased from Jm Ellis VW

Jetta 2017. Went for my first 10k oil change. Asked if they'd vacuum my car. They said yes but it wasn't done. Driving home my tire light came on and had to call them and they said they forgot to reset the lights. It was a frustrating experience

The purchase of my 2018 VW Atlas SEL Premium was amazing, From the salesman Keenan, to the finance people Mustafa & Kevin. I rec'd a great deal on my trade and the experience left my wife wanting to drive across town past other VW dealers to work with the staff at Jim Ellis VW. My wife's first words to the sales manager Erwin was "give me the keys". And that is exactly what the staff did over the course of buying the car. Now she has the keys and could not be happier. Happy Wife! Happy Life! And as for Hubby, my wife is in a technology loaded SUV and I could not be feeling more a ease when my wife is away from the home.

Fast service

I have a red/blk turbo beetle that I love! It told me it needed serviced, so I took in on a whim without an appointment. Always friendly and helpful! Tania gave me a window of time, but they were done before that. (She had told the mechanics that I was just next door to the dealership waiting on car.) She helped me find a coupon ,as my email address was not in the computer to receive such notices before coming in (they did have my husband's since he surprise-bought it for me) . Everything went well on the trip home with all sensors re-set correctly (so glad that was not overlooked so you are traveling on highway and get a warning and say to yourself "should I turn around and go back, or is it not reset" moment). Place is very clean and they have a well appointed area to stay with coffee, tea, water, wifi, tv and magazines to pass time. Everyone I met were very nice or asked if I needed anything. Very nice dealership and helpful staff. Would recommend.

Service was friendly and punctual, but car wash and vacuum was lacking, if it was even done at all (had ordered it on my ticket).
