Overall, everyone was friendly and helpful. The store top to bottom was extremely clean and pleasant to visit! Restrooms were nice and clean and the various waiting areas was very nice. But, the staff/advisor did not notify me that there was a potential loaner or shuttle service to take me back to work while being serviced. I waited/wasted 2 hours until a fellow customer finally informed me that I could have gotten a ride back to work!!

I didn't have much time so I called the night before to set up an appointment to view the vehicle with the intention to purchase the vehicle. Easy process and great service.

Gem was excellent. He explained everything clearly, was personable, and put no pressure on us but made the purchase feel like a joint decision. There was a little to much pressure to buy an extended warranty during the closing.
