Staff was friendly and quick. When booking the appointment I was told there was only drop off appointments available but the staff was able to get me my oil change in about an hour so I waited. I wish the call center understood the process more because I had arranged for someone to pick me up since I thought it was a drop off and told them not worry about it at the last minute.

My VW Tiguan was checked and nothing was found. I expected to pay but was told that I need to because nothing was done to the car. I was very surprised because other car dealership service areas will ask me to pay at least $150 for inspection. I appreciate them so much.
