Dealership provided honest assessment of future maintenance, so I am likely to follow recommendations. Two years ago, this same service department indicated I needed brakes on front and rear of the VW CC. Other repair centers at time indicated I have over 80% pads remaining. Nice to know you can now trust the JE VW service department again. It is very important to me as an existing VW customer.

I've had a lot of problems and issues with my vehicle. I was previously going to another dealership, where I bought my vehicle, but they weren't able to solve the problems I had. I was told there was nothing wrong with my vehicle, and your dealership was able to find the problem and fix it for me. Raphael Sandoval and Jimmy (shop foreman) were amazing to work with. Professional and kept me involved with the entire process. It was a great experience.
