I always find all of the staff to be pleasant and good in their communication with me. I do find the prices to be excessive for the services but that is the price of doing business with a dealership. Since buying my 2008 used EOS I have had it serviced by Volkswagon Dealerships exclusively. I know this is costing me extra money but my car runs well and I totally enjoy it!

I scheduled 60,000 mile service on my 2012 Tiguan by calling the service dept about 5 days in advance. When I called, I requested a loaner vehicle, and was told that the scheduled service involved examination of the spark plugs to see if they would need to be replaced. I emphasized the need for a loaner car, and requested the first available appt. with a loaner. Upon arrival, I met with Tania, my Service Writer, and was told that her records did not indicate a loaner vehicle for me. Also, she advised that the scheduled service required spark plug replacement, not a check to see if they need to be replaced. Tania apologized for these issues, and reported these issues immediately to the Service Manager, and indicated that your dealership recently outsourced service scheduling to a call center, which may have been the reason for these misunderstandings. In anycase, Tania handled the matter very professionally, obtaining a loaner vehicle for me and reviewed the required service with me. She was equally professional upon my pickup of my vehicle. Tania turned a bad situation into a very good experience. Well done!
