Everything was great, except the promise of a car wash. They forgot to do it, and I had to remind them. Then 5 minutes later, they said my car was ready and it seemed as if they just hosed it down, and the vacuum attempt was awful. Other than that, the waiting room was very nice, and the staff were pleasant. Also, when I purchased my car, I was told to make sure I use synthetic oil for my oil changes. I forgot to mention this, but was hoping that they would have asked me if their was an option, or just inform me that they were using it for my vehicle.

Oil change done in timely manner. Staff, as always, friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with my car and your dealership.
