If you're having a key made/programmed for your car, be sure to order it several days prior to the install. The dealership and its website do not mention this for whatever reason. I found out the hard way and had to take two days off of work to get this simple service completed!

Jim Ellis and our salesman (Larry Fitzpatrick-"The Tall Hawaiian") If did a fantastic job of servicing my family. We actually purchased two (2) used automobiles from you. One for my very picky daughter (a VW Golf) and one for me (VW Passat). Both were certified vehicles, they were clean, fairly priced, well-maintained, one owner vehicles. We are a VW family and very pleased with our choices. If their service is as good as the sales end; they have really lived up to their reputation. We would purchase again!

My 2013 Volkswagen Jetta had to get the ignition replaced. Because it was under warranty I didn't have to pay for any of it. The service department gladly gave me a loaner car and communicated with me through out the repair process to let me know how things were going. Once I got my car back it was like new comma I was happy.
