I was taken great care of on Tuesday thanks to Tonya. My appt was on time, everything was explained thoroughly and I was given updates. I was also offered the shuttle "Scooby" van. It went like clockwork and I really appreciate all the care. I also know what I will need on my next tune up and what that will entail.

Stopped in 10 days ago to get a technician to install a new daytime running light on the left side (driver's side). That was taken care of. Just yesterday morning, 6/7/17 a neighbor pointed out that the same side I had serviced was out. So, I stopped by your dealership & they addressed problem.

Nicole King was so easy and personable...not your typical "sales person" there was no pressure which was great cause normally I want o RUN! Matt Rock was our finance guy and I cannot say enough nice things about him. From the service guys to the sales and finance staff and just the facility itself, my overall experience was outstanding. I would definitely refer anyone to Jim Ellis Kennesaw!
