The store where I buy my tires ran over my VW key, rendering it inoperable. The tire store called you (Jim Ellis VW) and got the cost of the key and the programming. They paid me the cost of the key and the programming. The amount I was charged by you did not match, so I am out of pocket $60. I can go back to the tire store for more reimbursement, but the real question is why can't Jim Ellis get the answer right. Why does it cost a different amount than was quoted. I also spent 2 hours waiting for a job that I was told would take one. The purchase experience at Jim Ellis VW was horrendous. This parts/service experience was not quite as bad but still nothing close to what would meet expectation. Not only would I not recommend Jim Ellis VW, I would actively discourage anyone interested in purchasing a VW.

Overall it was a good experience, how ever it was my first service on my car I had the oil changed and the service advisor told me that my tires were rotated as well, however they were not. On my paperwork it stated that they did not need to be. With 12,000 miles on them they should have been. Now I have to make another appointment to have them done so I am a bit disappointed in that.

Very clearly under-staffed. Leading to low-communication levels between attendant and customer. Lack of keeping promises " I will check on that and notify you of the answer " with no follow-up. Lack of concern over my copmlaint that I have had 3 separate tires pop on my 1.5 years owned 2016 Jetta Hybrid. "Well that's just those Georgia roads". I've been driving on these Georgia roads for 30 years. This is very concerning to me. But clearly not to you who were so qucik to dismiss my complaint and tell me over and over there is nothing that you can do to help me. I need to find a new Volkswagen specialist that will support my car. The dealership is very clearly not the place for friendly, positive service and support.

Tate made sure this would be a positive experience. I have a 2007 Jetta that needed a new transmission. He fully answered my questions and would return calls promptly. He made sure a loaner car was available which was a great service. I want to give a shout out to Will as I understand he worked late the night before I was to pick up my car to be sure it was completed. Many thanks to Tate and Will.

Superb service and very friendly staff, only issue is that the windshield wiper was torn. It was inspected but not identified. I saw it as soon as I pulled out into the rain.

I made an appointment for an oil change and arrived a few minutes early. The receptionist said someone would assist me and continued to sit doing nothing else at her desk. After I moved my car I returned back to the same receptionist and she finally checked me in. (I still don't understand why she didn't help me initially. She made it sound like someone else had to help me.) So when I made the appointment on the phone I was told it would take an hour. But the receptionist said an hour and a half. I would recommend advising all associates to notify customers of this 1.5hr wait time while setting up the appt. (This appt ended up taking 1hr and 50minutes.) That was a clear discrepancy in information given that could easily be amended. Lastly, when I asked how soon my car would be done, I was told the man working on my car had been AT LUNCH. I made an appointment. Why would it be allowed to make an appointment during the worker's lunch?? Of all the things, this was the most frustrating part. Just absurd.
