I set an appointment on Friday for 10 am Monday morning to have the air bag recall item fixed in my 2008 Passat. I sent my 16 year old daughter down to the appointment because it's her first car. She waited 30 minutes and was then told the part wasn't in stock. This should have been confirmed when the appointment was made!
